The Bugle Shroom is a mushroom in PEAK that can be found growing in the Shore, Tropics or Mesa. It can be eaten as food.

The poisonous variety has a rougher ridged stalk and will slowly inflict Poison 20 Poison over 8 seconds beginning 10 seconds after eating.
