In PEAK, items are the objects you find while climbing that help you survive, heal, navigate, and overcome hazards. They include food and consumables (like granola bars, trail mix, energy drinks, and mushrooms that restore hunger/stamina or give buffs), climbing and utility equipment (such as rope spools, rope and anti-rope cannons, chain cannons, pitons, shelf shrooms, magic beans, lanterns, portable stoves, and compasses), healing and status items (like bandages, first-aid kits, antidotes, cure-alls, remedy fungus, heat packs, and faerie lanterns), as well as miscellaneous and collectible items (including Bing Bong, flying discs, scrolls/torn pages, balloons, blowguns, cursed skulls, scout effigies, and powerful relics like the Ancient Idol). These items are found in luggage, foraged from the environment, dropped by statues, or earned through exploration and are essential for managing hunger, stamina, status effects, and team support as you climb.
