The Medicinal Root is a natural food in PEAK found growing out of the ground in the Shore, Tropics, Roots, and Mesa.

Cooking a Medicinal Root causes it to removes an extra Poison 20 Poison and Spores 20 Spores, in addition to the normal effects.

Notes

  • In the Roots biome there is a 50% chance that a Medicinal Root will be replaced by a Mandrake when uprooted.

Peak Badge.png 1.10.a (2025-07-30): Fixed an issue where Trail Mix, Granola Bar, Medicinal Root, and Airline Food would not give extra hunger reduction after cooked.
