Scoutmaster's Bugle

Bonus StaminaThe Scoutmaster's Bugle is a mystical equipment item in PEAK. It has an extremely rare chance of being obtained from Ancient Luggage or an Ancient Statue.
Blowing the bugle will produce a distorted noise, drastically different than the standard Bugle. The Scoutmaster's Bugle can only be used once.
When consumed, it will grant a Morale Boost to the user and all other Scouts, granting 
100 Bonus stamina. It will also summon The Scoutmaster, who will mark the bugle's user as his target.
The Scoutmaster will chase his target for 2 minutes before despawning, ignoring his normal despawn conditions.
